Sell Ores Tier List

Ranked ores, pets and floors for the current patch.

Sell Ores Tier List Hub (Ores & Pets)

Sell Ores balance shifts roughly every four to six weeks when The Ore Drillers push a new patch. The tier list below reflects the August 2026 meta and is the source of truth across this wiki. We score every ore on three axes: raw sell value, value per second (the real metric) and accessibility (how cheap it is to roll and slot). Pets are ranked on multiplier contribution and how easily the Pet Fusion chain can deliver them.

If you are picking which ore to chase next, sort by value per second. A Mythic ore that takes 12 hours to process is usually worse than a Rare ore that sells every 30 minutes, unless you plan to leave the game running overnight.

Ore tier list snapshot

For the full per-ore breakdown, jump to the Best Ores page. For the Mythic + Fuser endgame math, see the Mythic Ores page. Here is the headline ranking:

  • S tier — Ascended Mythic Ores (Ascended Gargantuan, Ascended Voidshard). The absolute ceiling on Floor 7 after three Fuser cycles.
  • S tier — Mythic Ores (Gargantuan, Voidshard, Solarite). Best value per second once you have a stable processing chain.
  • A tier — Epic Ores (Solar Coal, Magmaite, Aurora Quartz). Strong mid-game return.
  • B tier — Rare Ores (Iron, Amber, Topaz). Cheapest to roll, fastest to sell, the bread and butter of Floor 1.
  • C tier — Common Ores (Copper, Stone, Coal). Worth selling only on Floor 1 before you unlock Rare rolls.

Pet tier list snapshot

The full Pet roster is on the Best Pets page. Headline bands:

  • S tier — Devil’s Snacc, Cosmic Ram, Infernal Cat. Each gives a 25%+ multiplier boost with minimal upkeep.
  • A tier — Lava Wolf, Magma Cub, Crystal Fox. Solid 10–15% boosts that compound over long sessions.
  • B tier — Starter Pets from Floor 1–2 rolls. Decent but quickly outclassed.

Best rolls by Floor

The Roll math changes every Floor. The Best Rolls page walks through the best Ore to chase on every Floor, from the cheap Copper band on Floor 1 to the Ascended Voidshard endgame on Floor 7.

Floor tier list

Floors unlock in a fixed order. The first four are mandatory; the last three depend on your favourite playstyle:

  • Floor 1 — Beginner. Always roll first.
  • Floor 2 — Unlocks Rare Ores.
  • Floor 3 — Unlocks Epic Ores and the first Drone.
  • Floor 4 — Adds Mega Ore fusion.
  • Floor 5 — Adds Mythic Ores.
  • Floor 6 — Adds Mega Ores batch processing.
  • Floor 7 — Adds Pet Fusion endgame.

The Floors & Unlocks guide covers the optimal order to clear them in.

How we score

Every ore, pet and floor on this wiki is rated on the same three axes. We re-rank the entire list whenever The Ore Drillers ship a balance patch. The most recent rebalance happened during the August 25 ascended-ores update.

If you disagree with our ranking or you have an off-meta build that works well, drop a note on the Updates Hub and we will incorporate it into the next revision.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How is the tier list scored?

We rank every ore by sell value divided by processing time, then factor in roll cost. Mythic Ores win on absolute value; Rare Ores usually win on value per second until you have Floor 5 or higher. See the [Best Ores](/tier-list/best-ores/) and [Mythic Ores](/tier-list/mythic-ores-tier/) pages for the breakdown.

How often does the tier list update?

We re-rank whenever The Ore Drillers ship a balance patch. The most recent update was the [August 25 ascended-ores patch](/updates/august-25-ascended-ores/).

Are Common Ores ever worth keeping?

Only on Floor 1, before you unlock Rare rolls. Sell every Common Ore as soon as it processes so you can bankroll the first Rare Roll.

Do script users get a better tier?

No. The tier list assumes a fair, manual player. Scripts that automate rolls or fusion can push the same builds faster but do not unlock new Ores or Pets.
