Sell Ores Updates
Patch notes, code drops and balance changes from The Ore Drillers.
The Ore Drillers ship a new Sell Ores patch every four to six weeks. Each patch tweaks the ore values, rebalances Pet multipliers and sometimes retires a code or two. This hub is the chronological log of every patch that affects the wiki. When the developers ship a new update, the most recent entry goes to the top of the list and we re-rank the Best Ores and Best Pets tier lists to match.
For the headline changes across the entire August 2026 cycle, see the August 2026 recap. For a preview of what is shipping next, see the September 2026 roadmap.

What a typical Sell Ores patch changes
Sell Ores patches usually touch three systems at once:
- Ore values — The Ore Drillers rebalance sell values roughly every other patch. A nerf to Mythic Ores is usually paired with a buff to Epic Ores to keep the Cash flow stable.
- Pet multipliers — Pet fusion chains get small adjustments to nudge players towards higher-tier Pets.
- Code drops — Every patch comes with at least one new Cash, Growth Gem or Time Skip code. The Active Codes page tracks every live code.
How the wiki reacts to a patch
Whenever a new patch ships, we run the same four-step pipeline:
- Re-read the patch notes and list every change that affects an ore, Pet or Floor.
- Update the Best Ores and Best Pets tier lists to reflect the new numbers.
- Add or retire codes on the Active Codes page.
- Rewrite any guide that references a number the patch changed — the Money Making and Floors & Unlocks pages are rewritten almost every patch.
If you spot a number on the wiki that does not match the live game, drop a note on this page and we will correct it in the next sync.
Where to catch patch news first
The fastest place to catch a new Sell Ores patch is the official Sell Ores Discord server. The Ore Drillers post the full patch notes inside the announcements channel the same minute they push the build. The in-game news board mirrors the same text after the server restart.
The official Roblox game page also publishes the patch notes once the build is live. The link lives on the Links Hub.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
How often does Sell Ores patch?
The Ore Drillers ship a new patch every four to six weeks. Major patches include new Floors or new Pet fusion chains; minor patches only rebalance ore and Pet values.
Where do I read the patch notes?
The official Discord server is the fastest source. The wiki mirrors every patch note on the [August 25 ascended-ores update](/updates/august-25-ascended-ores/), [August 22 balance update](/updates/august-22-balance/), [August 18 Fuser update](/updates/august-18-pets-fuser/), [August 15 how-to-play update](/updates/august-15-how-to-play/) and [July 2026](/updates/july-2026/) pages.
Do scripts survive a patch?
Most scripts break within 24–48 hours of a major patch. The community typically ships a fix within a week. The [Scripts Hub](/scripts/) tracks the latest working versions.
Will the wiki re-rank tier lists after a patch?
Yes. The [Best Ores](/tier-list/best-ores/) and [Best Pets](/tier-list/pets/) tier lists are rewritten whenever a patch touches an ore value or a Pet multiplier.
