Sell Ores August 22, 2026 Balance Update

On August 22, 2026 The Ore Drillers pushed a major balance update to Sell Ores. It is the biggest balance pass since launch and ships alongside two new Time Skip codes that are still active in the redeem box. This page walks through every change in the patch and tells you which wiki pages were rewritten to match.

Code drops

The balance update shipped with two new Time Skip codes that are still active at the time of writing:

• SORRYFORDATA — Cash + a 24-hour Time Skip. The strongest single code in the current rotation.
• BALANCE — Cash + a 6-hour Time Skip. Pairs with SORRYFORDATA for a combined 30 hours of skipped processing.

Floor 7 rebalance

Floor 7 received the headline change of the patch: the unlock cost dropped from 750,000 Cash to 500,000 Cash, and the Mythic Pet fusion cost dropped from 500,000 Cash to 250,000 Cash. The change is designed to bring mid-game players into the Pet Fusion event without months of grinding.

For a player who had already unlocked Floor 7 before the patch, the change refunds the difference on next login — The Ore Drillers compensate all existing accounts automatically. New accounts now hit Floor 7 roughly a week earlier than before.

Mythic Ore buffs

The balance pass also touched the top tier of the Best Ores page. Every Mythic Ore received a small buff to sell value or processing time:

• Gargantuan Ore: +15% sell value, processing time unchanged.
• Voidshard Ore: +10% sell value, processing time reduced by 20%.
• Solarite Ore: +20% sell value, processing time unchanged.

The Voidshard processing buff is the meaningful one — it pushes Voidshard into the S tier for value per second for the first time in the game’s history. The tier list was rewritten to reflect that, and the Walkthrough guide was updated to recommend Voidshard for any player who can roll it.

Pet multiplier adjustments

A handful of Pet multipliers were nudged:

• Devil’s Snacc: multiplier increased from 22% to 26%.
• Cosmic Ram: multiplier increased from 24% to 28%.
• Infernal Cat: multiplier unchanged at 25%.

The Devil’s Snacc and Cosmic Ram nudges are enough to push them back to the top of the Best Pets tier list. The Pets Roster page was updated with the new numbers.

Other changes

• The Daily Login streak now grants a Devil’s Growth Gem every 14 days (up from every 21 days).
• The Floor 4 Mega Ore fusion cooldown was reduced from 16 hours to 12 hours.
• The Floor 6 batch fusion cooldown was reduced from 28 hours to 24 hours.
• A handful of minor UI bugs were fixed, including the gear menu occasionally refusing to open on mobile.

What the wiki rewrote

The following pages were updated to match the August 22 balance pass:

• Best Ores — Voidshard moved into S tier for value per second.
• Best Pets — Devil’s Snacc and Cosmic Ram moved back to the top.
• Money Making — Updated with the new Floor 7 unlock cost and the Voidshard processing buff.
• Floors & Unlocks — Updated Floor 7 unlock cost to 500,000 Cash.
• Walkthrough — Updated with the Voidshard recommendation.
• Active Codes — Added SORRYFORDATA and BALANCE.
• Pets Roster — Updated Pet multiplier numbers.
