Sell Ores September 2026 Roadmap

The Ore Drillers do not publish a public roadmap, but community datamines and Discord teasers have given us a clear picture of what is shipping next. This page tracks every confirmed and leaked feature for September 2026. It updates whenever a new datamine or Discord teaser drops. Bookmark this page and check back weekly.

Confirmed for September

These features have been teased on the official Discord by The Ore Drillers themselves:

• Floor 8 unlock — teased in the August 25 patch notes as “coming soon”. Floor 8 will add a new mining tier above Mythic.
• 52nd pet — A new pet slot for Floor 8. The pet is nicknamed “Void Cat” in the Discord teasers but the name will likely change at launch.
• Weekly code cadence — starting September 1, the developers will drop at least one new code every weekend.
• QoL patch — A small quality-of-life patch in early September aimed at mobile users. The exact contents are unconfirmed but the developers mentioned “better touch targets” in the August 25 patch notes.

Leaked from datamines

Community datamines of the August 25 client files have surfaced these unreleased features:

• Floor 8 base texture — A new cave-like base with a giant central drilling rig. The rig is animated and rotates.
• Voidshard+ — An upgraded version of the Voidshard Ore. Higher base value but a 24-hour processing time. Likely the new endgame ceiling.
• Fuser tier 4 — Adds a fourth Fuser cycle for Ascended+ Ores. Each cycle adds 25% to the base value.
• Code redemption history — A small UI panel in the gear menu showing every code you have ever redeemed. Useful for tracking the bundle.
• Dark mode toggle — A long-requested QoL feature. The toggle is wired into the gear menu already but the visual treatment is unfinished.

These features are in the client files but are unfinished. They may or may not ship in September.

Rumours

These are community rumours with no official confirmation. Treat them as speculation:

• A trading update — A reworked Trade Hub with a price chart. The developers have not commented.
• A second game — The Ore Drillers are reportedly working on a sequel. No public timeline.
• VR support — Sell Ores already works on VR but the controls are not optimised. The developers hinted at “a proper VR mode” in a Discord reply.

Expected September patch dates

Based on the August cadence, the expected September patch dates are:

• September 5–7 — QoL patch.
• September 12–14 — Floor 8 launch.
• September 19–21 — Balance pass.
• September 26–28 — Monthly code wave.

These are estimates. The Ore Drillers ship patches on Fridays or Saturdays (UTC) most of the time. The Updates Hub tracks every patch as it ships.

How the wiki will cover September

When September ships, we will:

1. Add a new update page per patch (3 to 4 in total).
2. Update the Best Ores and Best Pets tier lists within 48 hours.
3. Refresh the Active Codes list within 30 minutes of every code drop.
4. Add a new Floor 8 guide once the patch lands.
