Sell Ores has more than 30 distinct ores spread across four rarity bands. New players should treat the rarity tag as a guideline, not a rule — a Rare ore on Floor 5 with full processing bonuses can out-earn a Mythic ore on Floor 1 with no upgrades. This tier list sorts every ore by value per second at each Floor, so you can pick the right roll for your current stage of the game.

S tier — Mythic Ores
These are the rarest, most valuable ores in the game. They only spawn on Floor 5 and above, so do not chase them on Floor 1 — the roll cost will bleed your wallet dry.
- Gargantuan Ore — Top value per second once processing is fully upgraded. Requires Devil’s Growth Gem to slot effectively.
- Voidshard Ore — Fastest Mythic ore to process. Pairs with Cosmic Ram Pet for the strongest combo.
- Solarite Ore — Slowest Mythic ore but the highest absolute sell value. Best left running overnight.
A tier — Epic Ores
Epic Ores are the workhorses of Floors 3 and 4. They process quickly and they sell for enough that you can bankroll Floor 5 unlocks without grinding Mythic rolls.
- Solar Coal — Best Epic Ores for processing speed.
- Magmaite Ore — Strong mid-tier value per second.
- Aurora Quartz — Slowest Epic Ores but the highest absolute sell value in the band.
B tier — Rare Ores
Rare Ores are the bread and butter of the early game. They unlock on Floor 2 and remain useful into Floor 4 because the roll cost is so cheap that you can chain them constantly.
- Iron Ore — Cheapest Rare roll, fastest to process.
- Amber Ore — Best Rare Ores for sell value.
- Topaz Ore — Balanced mid-band Rare Ores.
C tier — Common Ores
Common Ores are the starting band. Sell them immediately once processed — every Common Ore you keep is a slot you cannot fill with something rarer.
- Copper Ore — Cheapest ore in the game. Sell on sight.
- Stone Ore — Slightly more valuable than Copper but barely worth processing.
- Coal Ore — Best Common Ores for sell value; useful on Floor 1 only.
How to roll smarter
The roll machine picks an ore weighted by rarity, but the displayed cost scales with rarity. This means chasing Mythic ores on Floor 1 is a wallet-drain — every failed Mythic roll costs you ten Rare rolls worth of Cash. The optimal strategy is:
- Roll only on the band your Floor unlocks.
- Stop rolling the moment you have one of every ore at that band.
- Process and sell before chasing the next band.

Should I keep Common Ores?
No. Sell them on sight once they process. Common Ores only matter on Floor 1, and even then they exist mostly to bankroll the first Rare roll.
When do Epic Ores become worth slotting?
Once you have unlocked Floor 3 and your Drill and Ore Speed are both at level 5 or above. Below that, Rare Ores still outperform Epic Ores per second.
How do I unlock Mythic Ores?
Clear Floor 5. The unlock is automatic once you pay the Floor 5 fee, but you need a stocked wallet — Mythic rolls cost 10x more than Rare rolls.
